The training phase of The Barracks will be dependent on the needs of the Veteran. If there is a Veteran that is looking to learn a certain trade i.e. Welding, we will assist them in finding a local facility or individual willing to assist them. If a classroom environment is needed, then we will transform any of our rooms into a workshop if needed. Some of our training classes we will offer will be culinary classes, computer repair, and Mechanical/Electrical classes.  

Our goal is to create a training facility which will enhance the Veterans skill set and help motivate them into excelling in life. Other options we will offer will be stain glass classes, art classes, and musical instrument classes. 

Another part of our job training process for job seekers is to offer free haircuts prior to their job interview and for those that can’t afford a nice outfit or dress for their interview, we will have business attire on hand to help them dress for their job interview.
